Monthly on the first Sunday of every month. When booking, click Schedule your time and choose the next available bolded date for the next session. 

This monthly sound bath meditation offering will include time to set an intention and learn about the benefits of sound. It will include guided meditation and an hour sound bath with crystal singing bowls, a gong, tuning forks, and other accessory instruments.

There will be time for community afterwards to ask questions and share in your sound bath experience.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else you need for your comfort.

Her business Intune Wellness has grown from a massage practice to offering 1:1 sessions of integrative massage, Reiki, intuitive readings, and sound healing. She also loves to host group sound bath meditations/ ceremonies, and teaches yoga/ movement classes.
